Half of Americans don’t use their vacation time

It’s not just that it sounds crazy, it’s not healthy!

Vacationers, when evaluated over the entire year, had better blood pressure, better cholesterol, and overall better blood sugar control than those who did not take their vacation time.

Not all vacationers in the study always went far or did exotic things, stay-cations were counted in this research study.

Even if the stay-cationers did projects at home, the benefits were seen!
