Endometriosis Pain Is Not Likely to Be Relieved by CBC or Marijuana

Very few studies of Endometriosis pain have involved CBD or marijuana.

It is possible that cannabinoids may effect the actual occurance of endometriosis but so far it is unknown whether phytocannabinoids may modify endometriosis symptoms and development.

There are studies to indicate that the perception of pain as well as the actual development of endometriosis may involve the natural endocannabinoid systems in women.

A very small new study surveying members of the Endometriosis Association had almost no participation (1.4% of their members).

Of those who did respond about 30% of the group had tried a cannabis product.

Of those who had tried a cannabis product most said that it was moderately to very effective against endometriosis pain.

About 65% of the group had tried CBD and about the same level of effectiveness was reported
