Pregnant? Get Up and Dance You No Longer Have Activity Restrictions

Research on how much work, exercise, or just how much activity we should recommend to a pregnant mother has always been difficult.

Activity restrictions may mean change in your job, change the amount, intensity or type of exercise, or change to sex.

In fact, two new studies say there is no reason to have the restrictive activity levels we have recommended in the past.

So if you are pregnant, and you feel like dancing, please do check with your birth attendant, as a double check, but we say please enjoy!
