Aspirin can Cure More than a Headache!

The use of low-dose aspirin has no effect on total cancer rates or types, new studies do show some intriguing facts regarding the benefits of regular aspirin use.

Those who take aspirin at least three times a week have reduced mortality in both breast and lower cancer rates based on the study posted on line in JAMA called the PLCO Cancer Screening Trial.

Colon cancer rates are lower in those who use either low dose aspirin or a daily regular aspirin.

If a woman has had two miscarriages she’s recommended to go on low dose aspirin when trying for pregnancy (81 mg).

There are cardiovascular benefits to low dose aspirin use in older women.

Aspirin use has some risks, and you need the guidance of your physician before you launch off on use. And there are always alternatives to most prevention strategies. Overall lower total body inflammation is beneficial on cancer risk and survival. But there are many ways to lower risk, including what I always recommend: Yoga!
