Why You May Not Want to Stop Your Daily Multivitamin

A healthy diet full of fruits and vegetables will probably provide us with most of the vitamins we need to be pretty health. But yet we do have days where we think we could have eaten better.

Multivitamins especially those with additional micronutrient minerals are designed just for those gap days.

But daily vitamins have taken a hit in the press. Study after study has shown that multivitamin use cannot prevent heart disease.

Other studies show multivitamins cannot prevent cancer either.
