Breast comfort and health when exercising is a topic everyone thinks about, but few actually discuss with their gynecologist, so here are a few guidelines for breast health advice so that your breast issues do not interfere with your workouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If you get pain in your breast that persists over a few days you need to be evaluated by your physician. <\/li><li>Breast pain and pain in the chest wall or pectoral muscles should be differentiated, they are different.<\/li><li>All women participating in exercise should be current on their breast exams and mammograms.<\/li><li>New breast nipple discharge can be induced by exercise, but don&#8217;t assume that is the cause and get it checked out relatively soon after you notice the condition.<\/li><li>Breast support is important, and sports bras do stretch out and don&#8217;t necessarily provide support &#8216;indefinitely&#8217;. <\/li><li>Rashes should not occur in the bra line, if they do you should get them treated and think about the design of your bra. <\/li><li>Breasts are categorized as small medium, large or hypertrophic. <\/li><li>Hypertrophic breasts can interfere with regular exercise, but the issues of what bother you can be worked out with your trainers. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are many barriers to regular exercise, and it&#8217;s our goal to break them all down.
