{"id":2005,"date":"2020-01-02T13:27:00","date_gmt":"2020-01-02T13:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.womenshealthpractice.com\/?p=2005"},"modified":"2019-12-24T13:33:38","modified_gmt":"2019-12-24T13:33:38","slug":"can-you-define-well-being","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.womenshealthpractice.com\/?p=2005","title":{"rendered":"Can You Define Well-being?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Some of us just know we aren&#8217;t healthy, we feel stressed, we aren&#8217;t on top of our game, it&#8217;s not a mystery, we cannot be said to be well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Part of why you should see your health care provider regularly is to get at the solution to that ultimate question, of &#8216;am I well.&#8217; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At other times, we may seem to be well, we don&#8217;t carry any medical diagnoses, we aren&#8217;t fixated on how healthy we are, and we just carry on; but in fact may not be as healthy and resistant to stress as we should be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are many personal inventories your physician can administer to see if you are as healthy as you think you are.
