Which is why some blood testing while getting treatment is important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently a new publication by Dr. Pauline Maki has shown that more stable levels of estrogen are correlated with better mental health and less anxiety. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the reasons to select transdermal or implants for treatment of menopause is to increase the stability of the levels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Too much fluctuation of the levels of the estrogen when treating menopause is correlated with increased levels of anxiety. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your physician has not done any testing, you may be a candidate for testing your levels, and trying a different route of delivery for your hormone therapy. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For many years it has been shown that hormonal treatment with estrogen can improve anxiety levels in women.
