You cannot take your gut fat out of the ‘context’ of the rest of your body your blood sugar control, your blood fats, your blood pressure all are factors in your overall metabolic health and whether your strategies are going to reduce your gut fat.
Exercise may be the best strategy you have in controlling your gut fat, although some trials do show that weight loss drugs could be more powerful in reducing gut fat than even exercise
