Don’t Be Distracted From Your Orgasm
Focus is important in a lot of aspects of our life, even our sex life.
Many people are home more, working just a bit less, the perfect time for sex? But what? There are still distractions.
You are brought into focus at the start of a yoga class by your breathing, at the start of an exam by the clock starting and, at the start of a race by the gun going off. However, you need to focus to be the best sexual partner, to have the most satisfying arousal, and to reach orgasm.
Luckily we tell women that this lack of just being in the moment, and letting go, may be the most common cause of failure to orgasm, and it is perhaps the easiest to fix.
In most cases distraction from your orgasm is not just the latest text about the current state of affairs or the news, but actually the distraction during sex can take the form of obsessive self observation or monitoring during arousal phase. Women may just think a bit too much about the partner’s response, and what you really need is to just think a bit more about your own response.
