Add these tips to your pre-set grocery list
1. Snack before you go to shop
2. Keep a list, even better make a plan of meals and snacks for a few days
3. Survey the fridge cabinets, and spice drawers, see what you have on hand
4. By only what you can eat in a few days or store in freezer
5. Be mindful of portion size when buying
6. By a variety from each food group on a regular basis
7. Swap out fruits for anything sugary that is pre-processed
8. Swap out whole grains for refined ones
9. Buy an oil instead of a solid fat
