Sex Helps but this Gyno Therapy Improves Sleep

More than 80 different sleep disorders have been identified but one of the most common causes of sleep disorders is nighttime awakenings to take trips to the bathroom soon this is translating into difficulty in maintaining sleep, excessive sleepiness during the day, and eventually the whole disruption of your body’s natural sleep/awake circadian rhythm cycle.

In a study published in January in Obstetrics and Gynecology it was shown that treating urinary urge incontinence with medication actually improved sleep quality, less nighttime trips to the bathroom, and less daytime sleepiness.
